In My Own Words
I’m Kavya, a Senior Product Designer based in Toronto, Canada, with a background in Computer Science Engineering and Strategic Project Management and 9+ years of UX design experience.
My story started in South India, watching students memorise answers without really understanding the “why.” That experience shaped everything I do now: I design for clarity, confidence, and real understanding - whether it’s for users, teams, or students.
Today, I bring together:
- a systems mindset from engineering,
- structured thinking from project management, and
- human-centred problem solving from UX and design education.
